Morning work

Each day we expect the children to read for 20 minutes and record this in their organiser.

For those children who need to practise their handwriting, please use LetterJoin.

They also need to practise their times tables using TT Rockstars or any other suitable site or game for 15-20 per day.

We will set an English and maths task each day. For the first week there will be paper copies of each worksheet in your child's folder. Please keep it in the folder once completed. If the closure continues, tasks will need to be completed in the exercise books provided.

An arithmetic test will be set once a week.

Afternoon work

A science, RE, topic or computing task will be set for each afternoon.

Where possible, please mark your children's work to correct any misunderstandings they have. Please encourage them to correct their errors (fix it- they do this daily in class!).
